3D Services for Biomedical Industry

We offer high-precision 3D scanning and reverse engineering services for the biomedical and medical device sector, supporting the development of patient-specific components, prosthetics, and digital healthcare workflows. Using advanced non-contact 3D scanning systems, we capture highly accurate surface data and generate detailed mesh models (STL/OBJ), suitable for conversion into watertight, production-ready CAD formats (STEP, IGES, Parasolid).  We support a wide range of use cases, including dental and orthopaedic applications, custom prosthetics, and medical device development. The generated data can be seamlessly integrated into digital workflows for design validation, simulation, and manufacturing.

Onsite 3D Scanning & Studio Services

We oprovide flexible 3D scanning services both on-site, ideal for patient-specific or non-transportable subjects, and at our workshop in Dartford for controlled acquisition environments.
