Service Details
Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) PA12 is HP’s nylon plastic with excellent mechanical properties suited for prototypes and small batch production of a variety of parts. Multi Jet Fusion uses a very fine-grained PA 12 material that allows for ultra-thin layers of 80 microns (0.08mm).
We run 5x HP Multijet Fusion 5200 Industrial 3D Printers (PA12/11 & TPU material)
This leads to parts with high density and low porosity, compared to PA12 parts produced with Laser Sintering (SLS). It also leads to an exceptionally smooth surface straight out of the printer, and functional parts need minimal post production finishing. That means short lead times, ideal for functional prototypes and small batch productions of precision-parts.
