Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) PA12 is HP’s nylon plastic with excellent mechanical properties suited for prototypes and small batch production of a variety of parts. Multi Jet Fusion uses a very fine-grained PA 12 material that allows for ultra-thin layers of 80 microns (0.08mm).
We run 5x HP Multijet Fusion 5200 Industrial 3D Printers (PA12/11 & TPU material)
This leads to parts with high density and low porosity, compared to PA12 parts produced with Laser Sintering (SLS). It also leads to an exceptionally smooth surface straight out of the printer, and functional parts need minimal post production finishing. That means short lead times, ideal for functional prototypes and small batch productions of precision-parts.

Frequently Asked Question
HP's MJF technology produces parts quickly & precisely. It requires no support material, drastically increasing design freedom & available throughput. MJF produces quality 3D Printed parts at high speeds, perfect for functional prototypes and batch production.
Our standard material for Multi Jet Fusion 3D Printing is Nylon PA12 material. It is an excellent, lower cost material, which is proven to be incredibly durable and capable to replacing a number of thermoplastic materials used in the Injection Moulding process. Plus, we can also provide: PA11 and Flexible Ultrasint TPU material.
Surface finish improvements to unlock new applications for MJF. As standard MJF parts are grey with a surface roughness of Ra: ~5µm. Our batch production ready finishing process changes this to suit your needs. We offer: Vapour Smoothing (Glossy Smooth Finish comparable to injection moulding), Vibro Polishing/tumbling (A cost effective way of reducing roughness while maintaining most of the details) DM60 DeepDye Colouring (Get consistent & repetable colours with the DyeMansion DM60 DeepDye technology).
